The duration of the procurement process is affected by the product type, availability of in-stock goods, factory production progress, and transportation method. Below is the general reference timeline (the actual time may be advanced or delayed, and the final timeline shall be subject to specific cooperation details):
 
  1. Requirement Confirmation + Supplier Matching: 3–5 working days (requires you to provide information such as product specifications, target price, and reference images);
  2. Sample Confirmation (if needed): 7–15 working days (including sample production and international shipping time; the specific duration depends on the factory’s production capacity and customization complexity);
  3. Supply Sourcing & Production:
    • If the selected factory has the goods in stock and no customization is required: After confirming the order, quality inspection and shipment can be arranged immediately, with no additional waiting time for production;
    • If the product is out of stock or requires customization (e.g., logo printing, specification adjustment), it will enter the bulk production stage: 15–20 working days for standard products and 20–30 working days for customized products. The specific delivery time shall be subject to the negotiation result with the factory;
  4. Quality Inspection + Logistics:
    • Air Freight: 7–15 working days;
    • Sea Freight: 25–40 working days.
Overall Reference Cycle:
  • For in-stock standard products: Approximately 20–35 days from consultation to receipt of goods;
